easily set up your properties and units. You can combine different kinds of
properties. For example, a single family home, storage units, and a commercial

This is likely to be the screen used most often to enter all the transaction of your property investments, so it is designed to be as quick and easy to use as possible.
All receipts & payments can be entered using the same screen. No need to move between screens when entering data. Once the date of the transaction and the other details are entered you just press enter to save the transaction and move the cursor back to the date, ready for the next transaction.

Expense Categories - Dr. Landlord expense categories are set up
for you with Schedule E tax categories. You can change the categories and

accounts. Set up accounts for each building or owner if you wish. Or set up one
account for a Property Management Company.

Included with every version of Dr. Landlord Real Estate Management Software is the option to set up a security password system. You can set up an administrator who has access to all of areas within Dr. Landlord The administrator will also have the ability to set up multiple users who may have limited access to specific functions or forms within the program. Each user will have their own password to gain access when they start the program.
